Paul Cello
Principal Paul Cello is an artist, consultant, and coach who focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate significant change. After working in professional theatre and film on the east coast and abroad, Paul relocated to California and fell in love with the west coast energy and lifestyle. In addition to a geographic change, Paul also became fascinated with the ins-and-outs of leadership and the struggle that leaders often faced in navigating their organizations through change. It was this fascination that lead Paul to shift his career to organization development and facilitation. For the past 15 years, Paul has been helping people leverage the power of collaboration, systems thinking, and self-reflection and mindfulness to harness the transformative power of change. |
